For standard orders, we deliver your order  within 24 hours in Nairobi and its environs  and within 72 hours outside Nairobi
For products being shipped from outside the country we try our best to deliver within the shortest time possible
In case there are delays caused by situations beyond our control we shall notify you immediately 
For orders made during weekends and  public holidays  we make delivery arrangements on the following working day
