After the two-week-long community event, the rebuilt area will be known as Het's Ozasis An area for discovery and OSRS Gold education that includes new skills-related material for those wanting to boost their Agility, Hunter and Farming skills.
"Heroes will also aid the God of Death in two Eye of Het mini-quests as they go into the Tomb of Het in search of an enthralling object that will assist the gods of the younger generation in the Elder God Wars saga," the press release reads.
In a fresh event that will run from now until the 3rd of January 2022 players will have the chance to have an improved version of the legendary "Partyhat" the item that was initially only available during a Christmas event that was held in 2001. It was initially available in red blue, yellow and white and RuneScape's "The Golden Party Hat Hunt" quest allows players to unlock one of the highly-sought cosmetics with a shiny sheen.
Since the hats are only available in limited numbers for a limited time, and are now no longer available the lucky player to own one has the option of selling them for billions of coins. Even though the hats ' purpose is purely decorative and offer no stat bonuses, they are at present the highest priced item in the Grand Exchange, hitting the maximum price of 2.1billion gold in the year 2015.
In order to get their hands on heads, or even heads, in a Golden Party Hat, players must complete "various goals" and earn eight golden shards for their efforts. After all eight have been collected, they can be combined into the Golden Party Hat.
But there is a catch. Not only is the event time-limited, but only one golden hat is designed for each participant RuneScape Gold for sale. Similar to their predecessors in 2001, Jagex says of the golden hats that "after the cut-off time it will be impossible to make them in circulation again!"
